Alocasia ‘Frydek Tattoo’ is a rare tropical plant known for its velvety, arrow-shaped leaves and bold white veining. Its deep green foliage has a soft, textured finish, giving the plant a striking look while still feeling clean and elegant in an indoor space. This variety makes a beautiful statement plant for shelves, plant stands, or bright rooms.
For best growth, place Alocasia ‘Frydek Tattoo’ in bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the leaves. Lower light may slow growth and reduce the strength of the plant’s coloring and variegation.
Keep the soil lightly moist, but never soggy. Water when the top inch or two of soil begins to dry, and use a well-draining potting mix to help protect the roots. Alocasia prefer good drainage and do not like sitting in standing water.
This plant prefers warm temperatures and higher humidity. Keep it away from cold drafts, air vents, and temperatures below 60°F. Extra humidity will help support healthy foliage and stronger growth.
Alocasia ‘Frydek Tattoo’ is best suited for plant owners who are comfortable with more attentive care. With the right light, moisture, and humidity, it is a standout addition to any rare plant collection.
