At The Garden Plant Co., we take great care in selecting healthy, high-quality plants and thoroughly inspect each one before it leaves our store. Because plants are living organisms and their health can be affected by light, watering, temperature, humidity, and many other factors once they leave our care, all plant sales are final.
We encourage you to choose carefully and ask questions before purchasing. Our team is always happy to help you find the right plant for your home and provide care guidance to help it thrive.
While we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on plants, we are committed to your success as a plant parent. If you have questions or concerns after your purchase, please reach out. We're happy to provide care advice and help you troubleshoot any issues.
Pots, accessories, and non-living merchandise may be returned within 14 days with a receipt and items in unused condition.
Pickup Orders
Orders will be held for pickup on a prepay basis only.
Shipping
Shipping courier varies between USPS and UPS, generally based on fastest arrival date and the amount paid for shipping. If you have a carrier or delivery preference, you must notify us immediately upon placing your order.
