Description
Pothos ‘Neon’ is a bright trailing houseplant known for its vibrant chartreuse to lime-green foliage. Its bold color adds an instant pop to shelves, hanging baskets, plant stands, offices, and bright indoor spaces. This easy-growing plant can trail beautifully or climb when given a moss pole or trellis.
Light Requirements
For best color and growth, place Neon Pothos in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate medium light, but brighter indirect light will help maintain its vibrant lime coloring and fuller growth. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.
Watering
Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Neon Pothos prefers lightly moist soil but does not like to sit in soggy conditions. Use a well-draining potting mix and a pot with drainage to help prevent root rot.
Temperature & Humidity
This plant prefers warm indoor temperatures and average to moderate humidity. Keep it away from cold drafts, air vents, and temperatures below 60°F. Higher humidity can support fuller growth, but Neon Pothos usually adapts well to normal household conditions.
Pet Safety
Neon Pothos is not considered pet-safe and can be toxic if ingested by cats or dogs. Keep it out of reach of pets and children.
Best For
Neon Pothos is best for hanging baskets, shelves, plant stands, trellises, and plant owners who want an easy-care trailing plant with bright, colorful foliage.
