Peperomia Frost is a compact, easy-care houseplant known for its silvery, frosted leaves and soft green veining. Its round, slightly textured foliage gives it a clean, modern look, making it a great choice for shelves, desks, plant stands, and small spaces.
This plant stays relatively small and does not need much fuss, which is always refreshing since apparently not every plant wants to act like a full-time job.
Peperomia Frost does best in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate medium light, but too little light may slow growth and dull the silver color of the leaves. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the foliage.
Let the top half of the soil dry out before watering. Peperomia have thicker leaves that store some moisture, so they do not like staying wet. Overwatering is the most common issue with this plant.
Use a well-draining potting mix and a pot with drainage. A chunky houseplant mix with added perlite or orchid bark works well.
Peperomia Frost enjoys normal household humidity and does not require high humidity. It prefers average indoor temperatures and should be kept away from cold drafts.
Peperomia Frost is generally considered pet-friendly, making it a good option for homes with curious cats or dogs.
