FAQs
Do I need an appointment? Appointments are recommended for three or more plants, suspected pests, or any plant over 12 inches. Walk-ins are accepted when space and staffing allow.
How long does it take? Scheduled checkups may be completed the same day. Repotting commonly takes 2 to 5 business days, rehab 3 to 7 business days, and a Plant Hospital stay begins with up to seven days. We confirm timing at intake.
Can you guarantee my plant will recover? No. Plants may arrive with advanced root damage, pests, dehydration, overwatering damage, disease, or environmental stress that cannot be fully reversed. We provide careful assessment, documented service, and realistic aftercare.
Will you treat pests? We inspect for pests and can help with isolation, physical cleaning, pruning, repotting, and referral. We do not apply pesticide products to customer plants unless the required Tennessee authorization is confirmed.
Do I have to buy a pot from the store? No. You may bring a suitable pot, use the existing pot when appropriate, or purchase one in the store. We may decline a cracked, unstable, or poorly sized pot.
What happens if you find more damage? We pause and contact you before work exceeds the maximum amount you authorized.
